Provides legal consultation, advocacy and representation to low income individuals and families involved in a dispute with their landlord, such as eviction defense; illegal lockout or shut-off of utilities by landlords; tenant demands for repairs; enforcement of rights for tenants renting from landlords who are in foreclosure and landlords who are not paying condominium association fees; security deposit disputes and subsidized housing terminations.
