Broward Residents wanting to obtain legal custody for the minor children in their care.
Application Instructions
All Kinship clients are referred by case management partners: Kids in Distress, Memorial Health Association, Harmony, and Memorial Health Systems, who provide social service in conjunction with our legal representation. Families who are not indigent are responsible for court fees and home studies where applicable.
