Service Description
Provides a community based, voluntary, home visitation project that promotes positive parent-child relationships and child health and development, thereby preventing child abuse and neglect and other poor childhood outcomes. HFB will offer services to families who are voluntarily assessed as needing Healthy Families services, prenatally and at the birth of a baby. Families are linked to a medical provider and other family support services they may need during their participation in Healthy Families Florida (HFF).

Eligibility
Individual must be pregnant or have an infant less than three months old; the individual should not be receiving Child Protective Services Case Management Services at the time of the initial CPS check.
