Memorial Healthcare System

Provides access to medical care through the Memorial Healthcare System, Primary Care System, or other health programs available in the community, such as Medicaid and Florida Kidcare. The HITS Patient Eligibility Counselor screens and assists residents in the application process for either Medicaid or Primary Care Clinic Services.
Homeless clients may go to one of these outreach points: Calvary Assembly of God Church, 300 N 62nd Ave, Hollywood, Tuesdays 10:00 AM - 3:30 PM, and First Wesleyan Community Church, 6161 Arthur Street, Hollywood, Tuesdays 10:00 AM - 3:30 PM.
