Service Description
Provides extra time to secure funds or make other arrangements to help ensure individuals with electricity-dependent medical needs are met.
Eligibility
FPL residential customers whose electric service is medically essential are eligible to join if that medical condition has been certified by a physician licensed to practice in Florida.
Application Instructions
There are three ways to complete the application form:
Fill out the application online by visiting the website
Print the Medically Essential Service form and fax the completed and signed form to (305) 552-4955
Email the form to FPL-MESP@FPL.COM
Mail the application to - FPL, Attention Medically Essential Service program CSF/GO, PO Box 029100, Miami, FL 33102-9100
