Service Description
Provides nutritious meals and empowering activities for foster youth during school breaks (Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Spring Break), bridging the gap in nutrition.
Additional service(s) that may be available to enrolled clients: Advocacy Case management Sports/physical fitness activities
Eligibility
Individuals birth to 18 in foster care and have an open child welfare/dependency court case.
Application Instructions
