Provides primary care services in a mobile unit, including routine physical, health screenings, check-ups for minor illnesses and ailments, and family planning, women's health.

Visit the website for the monthly schedule; appointments are seen on a first-come, first-served basis. Spaces are limited. Medicaid, Medicare, and insured patients can schedule appointments by contacting the Main Street clinic.
