Service Description
Provides assistance to service members, whether returning from deployment or permanently separating from the military altogether, to alleviate stressful challenges during the transition and reintegration period. The program assists veterans, military service members and their families in the areas of employment, behavioral health, financial and legal issues, education and housing.
Eligibility
Active military,veterans with honorable or general discharge, and their families.

Must have 2-1-1 referral.
