Service Description

Provides a wide range of record keeping, information and financial management for the judicial system, the Board of County Commissioners, and the citizens of Union County. Provides online services regarding paying citations, child support, court costs, obtaining records, and more.

Is responsible for maintaining court records and is the official recorder and custodian of documents in the Union County Official Records. Collects and disburses court-ordered child support and alimony payments; issues marriage licenses; performs marriage ceremonies; issues jury summons; attends all Board meetings; records proceedings and maintains minutes; processes passport applications in Union County.Serves as the chief financial officer of the county. All records filed with the Clerk are available for public inspection except those exempt by judicial order or Florida Statute.
