Southwest Focal Point

Provides a gym open to all registered members equipped with treadmills, stationary bikes and other equipment to enhance personal fitness. There is a wide variety of exercise classes to choose from, both free of charge and at nominal monthly fee. Health education seminars provide an opportunity to communicate positive behaviors and information that enhance overall quality of life.

Registered members of the center, individuals ages 60 and over.

Must be registered members and sign-up for health classes at the activities desk in the center.
