Service Description
Provides comprehensive information and referral to community-based services to connect first responders and their families to peer and crisis support, such as suicide care supportive services. Peer specialists ensure that first responders and their families connect to needed services. Connects first responders to services for treating trauma and other behavioral health resources.

Eligibility
First responders (current and former) and their families, including law enforcement officers, paramedics, emergency medical technicians (EMT) firefighters, and 911 operators.
Application Instructions
Helpline counselors will take follow-up messages for first responder and their families to connect with a peer specialist. Call for details; peer support services Helpline is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
