Service Description
Provides comprehensive services to economically disadvantaged children and families with infants ages 3 to 4 years old and Early Intervention ages 6 months to 3 years old. The program includes appropriate infant-toddler activities, comprehensive health care, nutrition, education, and social services for young children and their families. Offers both a center and home-based model and is designed to improve the overall developmental progress of the child, with emphasis on the prevention of a variety of developmental concerns, increasing parents' knowledge of parenting, and strengthening the family unit.

Eligibility
For Head Start: Must be 3 or 4 years old by September 1st for current school year; Early Intervention: Infants to 3 years old. Children with disabilities are welcome. All must meet federal low-income guidelines. (See below)
