Service Description

All public schools in the Broward County School district provide students free or reduced price meals while in school. Food and Nutrition Services ensures that all children are being served a nutritious breakfast and lunch daily. To apply, a Free and Reduced Meal application should be completed online at www.applyforlunch.com and is available in English, Spanish, Creole and Portuguese. A limited amount of paper applications may be available from the individual school. Reduced price meals are $0.30 for breakfast and $0.40 for lunch. Regular prices: Breakfast: $1.20 in Elementary and $1.20 in Middle and High School. Lunch may be bought for $2.00 in Elementary, $2.35 in Middle and $2.50 in High School.
