OUT OF FUNDING UNTIL FURTHUR NOTICE: Provides utility payment assistance for the City of Ocala, Clay, Duke, or SECO utility bills.
Eligibility
Households with City of Ocala, Clay, Duke or SECO utility companies that are past due or due within 5 days and who have not received any type of financial assistance within 13 months.
