Residents of Alachua and Bradford County. Individuals must demonstrate financial hardship. Financial assistance is offered once every 12 months.
Application Instructions
Call for an appointment and details. Appointments are on a first-come, first-served basis. Funding may be limited depending on an individual's utility service provider (Clay Electric and FPL)
Required documents: Current utility bills Lease or mortgage agreement Proof of expenses Proof of income Proof of unexpected event or unforeseen emergency Social security cards for all household members Utility disconnection notice Valid Photo ID (for all adults)
