Service Description

Provides a broad range of services to assist military and veterans who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Staff work with veterans to link them with Veterans Affairs (VA) and community programs, and may refer veterans for health care, mental health care, substance abuse treatment, or employment services within the Veterans Affairs (VA), also offers a number of programs such as contract residential treatment, transitional housing, permanent supported housing, and Housing and Urban Development/ Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing (HUD-VASH).

Eligibility

Veteran with documented military service and discharge status other than dishonorable who has no permanent or stable residence.
