Eligibility
Individuals of any household with at least one member who: is qualified to participate in the federal Lifeline Program, i.e., participates in one of the following assistance programs: Medicaid, Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) Food Stamps, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), Federal Public Housing Assistance (Section 8). Veterans and Survivors Pension Benefit (visit the website for details https://www.safelinkwireless.com/en/#!/howToQualify). Or has a household income at or below 135% of the federal poverty limit; is qualified to participate in the free and reduced-price school lunch or breakfast program; has received a Federal Pell Grant in the current award year; or participates in the Special Supplemental Nutritional Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC).
