Service Description
Provides assessment, individual, and group therapy services to individuals interested in developing more effective ways of managing difficult situations and challenges, such as adjustment and bereavement issues; anxiety; depression; disease management strategies; family problems; loneliness; stress management, etc. Individual therapy is the primary modality for serving clients. However, workshops, family therapy, and marital therapy are available to those who qualify.
