Service Description
SN ONLY - Provides in-person and virtual sessions focusing on work readiness, self advocacy, post-secondary education, work base learning, and job exploration. Session dates and times: June 26th - July 7th, 2023; July 10th - July 21st, 2023; July 24th - Aug 4th, 2023; Aug 7th - Aug 18th, 2023; 9:00 AM - 2:30 PM.
Eligibility
Individuals ages 14 to 21, who have an Individualized Education Program (IEP) or a 504 Plan (Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973).
