Service Description
Provides a full emergency screening staff who perform evaluations and crisis intervention at our Crisis Stabilization Units. Crisis Services address the needs of those facing an acute episode of psychiatric illness or substance use disorder. Upon evaluation, crisis counseling may lessen the acuity, permitting referral to regular or intensive outpatient care, or may result in admission to fully-staffed, medically-supervised, in-patient services. Services include crisis stabilization units, detox, baker act, marchman act, and family member rights.

Eligibility
Individuals inquiring about the Marchman Act and Baker Act Procedures have concerns for someone who is substance use impaired, with or without a co-occurring mental health disorder, and because of the impairment, has lost the power of self-control concerning substances.
