Service Description

Provides a substance use and crime prevention program for youth within the South Broward Hospital District's area experiencing academic, behavioral, and family problems. Provided counseling services are designed to improve the functioning or prevent further deterioration of persons with mental health or substance use problems. Services are provided on a regularly scheduled basis or in times of increased stress or crisis. In-home on-site services are also available.

Eligibility

Individuals between the ages of 9 and 17 living within the South Broward Hospital District use alcohol or other drugs and are referred by social service agencies, school, or self/family.
