Service Description

Provides a comprehensive addiction treatment program to treat opioid use disorders and polysubstance use. Services are structured, including medication self-administration overseen by a pharmacist and nurse, intensive outpatient treatment up to 5 days per week, individual and group counseling, integrated primary care and psychiatry services, peer support services, and aftercare. Additional services include trauma therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and smoking cessation.
