Service Description
Assists homebuyers with down payment and closing cost for income eligible applicants who would like to purchase a home. Assists with repairs for Roof, HVAC, Well, Septic, and Mobility Ramp for owner occupied, homesteaded homeowners to their property, located in Marion County but outside the City limits of Ocala.
Eligibility
State of Resident for a minimum of 12 months, meet income eligibility requirement, if requesting help with mobile home, must own both land and home built in 1994 or newer.
