Provides free non-medical support, disease education, information and helpful community resources about chronic disease to include but not limited to: Cancer, Lupus, Heart disease, HIV/AIDS, Chrons, Autoimmune disease, Diabetes, Kidney Disease and many more! KFAC also provides information related to prevention and helpful disease management skills/practices. KFAC will assist in locating quality physicians within the community.
