Provides a twenty-four-hour emergency shelter for abused, neglected, and at-risk children who have been removed from their homes. Also accepts private placements from families experiencing substance use, domestic violence, or homelessness.

Eligibility
Youth age 12 and under that has been removed from their homes and in the custody of DCF or ChildNet. Private placements are also accommodated, based on individual needs/circumstances and if beds are available.
