Service Description
Provides a parenting course using the Nurturing Parenting Curriculum. Topics include stress management, communicating with respect, child development, building children's self-worth, positive discipline strategies, and appropriate parental expectations. Referral and support services are available to course participants. Series is offered once a year.

Eligibility
Parents and caregivers with children ages birth through elementary school. Court-ordered parents whose children have been removed from the home are not eligible. This course is preventative and not for reunification.
