Provides an intensive community-based program empowering parents with the skills and resources to independently address the difficulties in raising teenagers and empower youth to cope with family, peer, school, and neighborhood problems.

Eligibility

Individuals ages 10 to 17 and a half years old with severe emotional or behavioral problems.
