Service Description
Assist 45 individuals in securing permanent supportive housing. Individuals will pay no more than 30% of their income towards rent, and there will be no limits on the length of tenancy. A team of housing specialists and case management staff will actively engage clients served by the project. Financial support will secure the housing, including deposits, furniture, and moving costs.

Eligibility
Individuals ages 18 and over receive behavioral healthcare services and have income equal to the prevailing SSI rate. Eligible persons must meet one of the following Tiers below; referrals in Tier 1 have priority for placement. Tier 1, Clients exiting a Residential Treatment Facility, Young adults (18-21) with behavioral health or substance use disorders connected with OCP2 and TIP services, Tier 2, HBH clients on the waitlist for Broward Housing solutions apartments, HBH clients living in halfway houses, HBH clients with ‘insecure’ housing status.
