Service Description
Assists children and caregivers by providing home and community-based services, including needs assessments, targeted case management services, and connections with health and mental healthcare services. Legal assistance and advocacy, kinship support and parent education groups, respite care for youth, and linkage for youth and caregivers with career counseling and job training resources.
Eligibility
Individuals ages birth to 18 living in kinship care (relative or non-relative).
