Service Description

Provides activities that focus on education, youth development and economic self-sufficiency. All youth receive assessments, LIFE plans and evaluations, intensive case management, counseling, and academic support. Additional program activities include tutoring, mentoring, social and recreational activities, emergency needs assistance for food, clothing, housing, education workshops, life skills training, post-secondary educational support, connections to internships and assistance with job placements, service learning projects, self-advocacy learning and so much more.

Broward County Resident ages 25 and under. Adjudicated dependent, foster care, non-adjudicated relative or non-relative caregiver arrangements, LGBTQ, out of school youth, DJJ or adult criminal court involvement.
