Service Description
Provides mindfulness-based, trauma-informed treatment including individualized activities and plans, counseling sessions, social events, community health and wellness services, financial assistance for food and transportation, and self-directed learning activities and practices. Also offers in-person monthly adult support groups and a virtual weekly caregiver support group.
Eligibility
Individuals 60 and above who have experienced trauma and their family or caregivers.
