Service Description

Provides financial assistance with past-due utility payments. Due to limited funding, this service is offered to a client once.

Eligibility

Individuals with a past due GRU utility bill or disconnection notice.

Application Instructions

Call for an appointment on Tuesdays, between 8:00 AM - 8:30 AM. Leave a message with your first and last name, phone number, and last four digits of your Social Security number. If you do not receive a call back by Noon that day, you may try again the following Tuesday to make an appointment.
