Foot Print To Success Clubhouse

Provides employment skills, life skills, and social skills and participates in meaningful work and educational activities. The program helps members gain access to opportunities to rejoin the worlds of friendships, family, employment, and education while providing members the support they need to continue their recovery.

Individuals ages 18 and over have a major mental health illness, a full-time Florida resident, and desire to participate in a recovery program.

Prospective members are encouraged to tour the Clubhouse, meet the staff, speak to other members about the Clubhouse, complete the Membership eligibility form located on the website; intake assessment upon admission to the program.

No fee.
