Service Description
Addresses complaints about alligators. An alligator may be deemed a nuisance if at least four feet in length and is believed to threaten people, pets, or property.
Eligibility
Individuals who need to report a nuisance alligator pose a threat to people, pets or property. The complainant must be able to grant legal access to the property on which the alligator is located. Removal will not occur without obtaining permission from the property owner or management authority.
