Provides an online form to request assistance with unmet needs related to a disaster or severe weather event, such as food, transportation, housing, debris removal, and more.

Individuals impacted by a disaster or severe weather event.
Application Instructions
Visit the website www.floridadisaster.org/updates/ and click on the "Unmet Needs" heading under "Emergency Info for Idalia," click on the "Unmet Needs Self-Referral Form," fill out the online form, and submit. A Care Coordinator will follow up to connect the individual to potential resources and providers.
