Provides COVID-19 vaccine information.

Pfizer Vaccine: Florida residents over the age of 16; Individuals under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian and complete the COVID-19 vaccine screening form https://floridahealthcovid19.gov/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/doh-covid-vaccine-screening-consent-form.pdf. Moderna and Janssen (Johnson and Johnson) Vaccines: Florida residents over the age of 18.

Testing sites: To find the nearest testing site: https://floridahealthcovid19.gov/testing-sites . Individuals are not required to display COVID-19 symptoms.

COVID-19 Information: COVID-19: can spread from person to person through small droplets from the nose or mouth, including when an individual coughs or sneezes. These droplets may land on objects and surfaces. Other people may contract COVID-19 by touching these objects or surfaces, then touching their eyes, nose, or mouth.

Symptoms of COVID-19: are fever, cough, and shortness of breath or at least two of these symptoms fever, chills, repeated shaking with chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, the new loss of taste or smell. Symptoms may appear in as few as two days or as many as 14 days following exposure. Most people recover from the COVID-19 without needing special treatment. The elderly and those with underlying medical problems like high blood pressure, heart problems, and diabetes, are more likely to develop serious illness.

Prevention of COVID-19: practice social distancing at least 6 feet, wash your hands, wear a cloth or face mask in public. The cloth or face mask is meant to protect others if you're infected, avoid touching eyes, nose, and mouth, cover cough sneezes, clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces.
