Service Description

Assists with filling out a food stamps Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), Temporary Cash Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), and Medicaid application. The Medicaid/Medically Needy Program provides medical assistance to those designated as needy, focusing on prenatal and medical care for children and their parents and medical care for elderly/disabled adults. The program also provides medical assistance to individuals who qualify for Medicaid, except that they have too much income or other resources. The Temporary Cash Assistance Program is designed to provide an economic base and medical assistance to children and refugees who meet eligibility criteria. Also provides services to victims of human trafficking.
