Service Description

SN ONLY - Educates parents about their rights regarding special education services. Individual Education Plan (IEP) includes intervening on behalf of children who have a grievance against a public or private service provider. Those who believe their rights have been violated to reach an equitable settlement ensure that the child receives the benefits and services they are entitled to without resorting to litigation.

Eligibility

Individuals ages 3 to 22 with a physical or developmental disability such as Spina Bifida, Prader-Willi Syndrome, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Cerebral Palsy, Intellectual Disability, and special medical conditions resulting from the disabilities are eligible for services.
