Provides financial assistance with utility deposits and past due bills Emergency Home Energy Assistance Program (eheap and eheaep).

Households with at least one member ages 60 years and over who meet income guidelines.
Application Instructions
Call for an appointment or details. For individuals who are past due but not disconnected calls are accepted once a month for fianacial assistance. Individuals with disconnected services may call any day.
