Provides financial support for early childhood education and childcare to become financially self-sufficient so their young children can succeed in school. Services vary according to individual needs and sometimes range from extended child care to afternoon and school-age care.

Parent(s) or guardian(s) of individuals ages birth to 12 residing in Florida. They must work or participate in educational activities such as attending college or trade school at least 20 hours a week. For family size, gross income must be at or below 150 percent of the federal poverty level.
