Service Description
Provides virtual outpatient substance use disorder counseling for persons required to complete courses because of a DUI (Driving Under the Influence).
Eligibility
Open to individuals convicted of a DUI.
Application Instructions
Complete and email the Intake Form to Ref@DCNFlorida.com. After it has been reviewed, the individual will be contacted via WhatsApp phone application to schedule a video session to complete the evaluation and enroll in the program. Call, email, or text for details.
