Service Description
Provides home energy measures based on the home's pre-inspection. The program's components may include testing air filtration, improving heating and air conditioning methods, replacing or repairing insulation, and other energy-saving measures.

Eligibility
Individuals in low-income households. Preference is given to owner-occupied homes, ages 60 and over, or residents who are physically disabled, families with children under 12, and households with a high energy burden (repeated high utility bills). Individuals with weatherization work done in the past are not eligible.
