Service Description
NOT ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE - Provides home rehabilitation modifications. Modifications may include, installation of grab bars at the back and sides of the shower, tub, and toilets raised toilet seats, limited mobility ramps, task lighting under counters, removing the tub and installing showers with seats, and any additional modifications that aid in protecting the health and safety of the client.
