Service Description
Provides blood pressure screening, nutrition education, and Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) testing. Other specialized services include substance use evaluation, education, and referral. Coordinates Health Fairs annually at the center with Memorial Health Care System for the elderly, community, and other scheduled times throughout the year.
