Service Description

Provides funds in the form of a 0% interest, deferred payment LOAN to replace dilapidated owner occupied housing units. The program provides up to $205,000 for a replacement house. This is NOT a grant program and participants will be required to enter into a mortgage/lien with the City of Fort Lauderdale for the amount of assistance received.

Eligibility

A household income at 80% or below HUD income guidelines, LTV not exceed 95% and resident of Ft. Lauderdale.
