Broward County residents with income at or below 80% area median and have documentation of their HIV status meets the program criteria.
Application Instructions
Visit the website to complete an online application. Only one application per household will be accepted. Households submitting more than one application will be disqualified. Applicants submitting false statements to qualify for a preference will be removed from the waiting list.
