Service Description
Provides financial assistance to modify homes to increase accessibility and offer health and safety repairs.
Eligibility
Individuals and seniors ages 62 and over with disabilities own their own home (single-family, apartment home, condominium, or townhome). Must live in: Cooper City, Dania Beach, Hallandale Beach, Hillsboro Beach, Lauderdale-By-The Sea, Lauderdale Lakes, Lazy Lake Village, Lighthouse Point, North Lauderdale, Oakland Park, Parkland, Pembroke Park, Sea Ranch Lakes, Southwest Ranches, Weston, West Park, Wilton Manors, or Unincorporated. Must meet income eligibility guidelines
