Offers a structured, short-term strength-based family intervention model to provide the essential skills needed to improve family functioning using improved communication skills, effective parenting techniques, and problem-solving skills. Additional skills taught include, but are not limited to, negotiation skills, coping skills, and violence prevention.

Families with youth ages 11-17 exhibiting the following problematic behaviors: defiance of authority figures (home and school), aggressiveness toward other people, sibling rivalry, running away, truancy,negative peer association, poor academic performance, suspensions/expulsions, current/history of arrest, bullying issues, gang affiliation. Serving Miami-Dade and Broward county residents.
