Service Description
Provides individual therapy, family therapy, play therapy, and behavior management. Services are provided directly in the community, either in the clients' schools or homes. Therapy is offered in-person or, in homes, or via telehealth. Psychiatric services are provided via telehealth.

Eligibility
Individuals ages 4 to 64 have mental health diagnoses (to be determined during the initial assessment), presenting problems of emotional or behavioral challenges.
