Provides Returning Heroes Tax Credit of up to $5,600 for hiring military and veterans who have been looking for a job for more than six months and a $2,400 credit for veterans who have been unemployed for more than 4 weeks but less than 6 months. A tax credit of up to $9,600 for hiring veterans with long-term unemployment and service-connected disabilities.
